Our sessions lead you to your goals.

  • Assessment & Goal Setting

In this initial phase, the coach works with the client to understand their strengths, weaknesses, and leadership style. The coach and client then define clear, measurable goals with outcomes to work towards throughout the coaching process.

Tools like 360-degree feedback and self-reflection exercises may be used.

  • Development & Action Planning

During this phase, the coach and client work together to identify strategies and actions to achieve the goals set previously. This includes exploring leadership behaviors and communication styles.

Action plans are created to implement these changes in real-world scenarios.

  • Sustainability & Reflection

In the final phase, the focus is to ensure that the progress made during the coaching process is sustainable. The coach helps the client reflect and identify remaining areas for growth and develop strategies for continued self-development.

This phase may involve creating systems of accountability and regular check-ins to maintain momentum after the coaching sessions conclude.
